Conditions & Policies
*Rain Policy: A Golferis eligible for a Rain Check if The Club closes the course or suspends play.
Rain Checks are determined by the number of holes played, and can be used toweards your next round. Rain Checks can only be used for future rounds of golf.
Rain Checks are valid for 60 days.
Rain Checks will not be issued after 2:00PM!*

*Junior (14 & under) Rates are Walking Only. Cart Fee will be applied if eligible (must have valid drivers license).*
Cancellation Policy
When booking a tee time with Crane Watch Club you agree to the following terms: Golfer is required to leave name, telephone number and email address, and valid credit card to reserve the desired tee time. Your credit card will not be charged at the time of booking. Fees are only charged if you no show for your tee time. To prevent any charges from happening you must contact the course by telephone (voicemail message will not be accepted), a minimum of 24 hours in advance is required to cancel or reschedule your tee time. If you, or part of your group no shows you will be charged the full amount due from your tee time booked. Your billing statement will reflect this charge as coming from Crane Watch Club. PLEASE NOTE**All personal information gathered will be protected and under no circumstances does the golf course sell, trade, or share private information with third or inquiring parties.
